Refund / Exchange Policy

No refunds or exchanges for change of mind — all Nain Tara pieces are made/finished to order.
Exchange or store credit only if the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect — must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, unworn/unwashed/unaltered, verified by our team.

Order cancellations accepted only within 24 hours of placing the order. A 10% cancellation fee applies; the remaining amount will be credited back to the original payment method.
Not eligible for return/exchange: unstitched fabric, made-to-order/customized pieces, sale or discounted items.
International orders: recipient must inspect and report issues within 48 hours; no claims accepted after that.
